Chef Fabrizio ACT, known in the industry as a fashion superchef, has taken over the hotel’s award-winning Italian restaurant Sorrento from November 4 to November 13, 2022. Chef ACT showcases his innovative skills and precise technique as he puts together an expertly-curated Digestion menu that is sure to please even the most discerning palate.

Growing up in Piedmont, Northern Italy, and with over 25 years of experience in the F&B industry, Chef ACT has worked in some of the most renowned restaurants and hotels spread across eight countries in Europe and Asia. Never seen before in Delhi, Chef Fabrizio ACT’s menu will take guests on a multi-sensory journey through a range of elegant courses. Each course will be expertly paired with a selection of award-winning Italian wines selected by the hotel’s sommelier.

The Signature Collection includes Marinated Yellow Tail Fish with Fresh Orange and Fennel Salad, Pumpkin Truffle Ravioli with Parmesan Sauce and Crispy Pancetta, Baked Black Cod with Milk, Potatoes, Asparagus and Almonds, Pan Fried Lamb Loin with Baby Fennel and Porcini Includes eggplant timbel with. We have tried all these recipes and each one is better than the other. We got a chance to experience Italian cuisine in its most original form and fell in love with it all over again.

Chef Fabrizio ACT’s special set menu is available for lunch and dinner at Rs 5,500 per person tax, and added with wines at over Rs 8,500 per person tax. Guests can also taste their specialty dishes from the a la carte menu.
